The belief in the Word of God is central to the Christian faith. If we neglect the Word of God, our belief is superficial. Jesus himself replied to satan that man shall live by man ‘lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord’ (Deuteronomy 8:3). Guided by the Holy Spirit and the Church man shall live by His word.
